Buyers needs to apply for BIZIT's request ticket plan to send "Contact Request" to Sellers.
STEP 1 Search for deals
1. Search for deals by certain criteria after clicking on "Deal Search".

STEP 2 View the deal details
1. Click on the title of the deal. |

2. View the deal details.
If you need further information before sending contact request to the seller, click on "Learn more about the deal" and input your concrete questions. BIZIT will contact the seller requesting to provide the information and revert back to you.
By clicking on "Add to Watchlist", the deal will be marked. You can reach the deal easily from [Watchlist] under [Manage Ongoing Deals]. |

STEP 3 Apply for Request Ticket Plan
First-time use
1. Click on "Inquire details about premium plans". |

2. Click on "Inquire about premium plans".
BIZIT team will contact you within 2 business days by email to explain the details of the various plans.
After you agree, we will apply the plan to your account. Once all the necessary process is completed, request tickets will be available.

Additional purchase
1. Click on "Purchase additional tickets".

2. Select the number of additional tickets you require. If you prefer to decide it later, you can select "undecided".
BIZIT team will contact you within 2 business days for the arrangement. |

STEP 4 Send "Contact Request"
1. Click on "Contact Request". |

STEP 5 Agree to the Confirmation Items and the Usage Fee (Must read)
1. Read through the confirmation items for sending contact request and tick the box if you agree it. |

2. Click on "Usage Fee (Must read)" to see the explanation on usage fee in another screen. |
|
3. Read through the above and close the screen. Tick the box if you agree it.

4. Click on "Send Contact Request". |

STEP 6 Receive the Result
1. In case the Request is approved by the Seller, we will notify you via email. |

2. In case the Request is NOT approved by the seller, we will notify you via email. |

STEP 8 View Discuss the deal with the seller
1.Once the request is accepted, the seller side's information (company name/user name) will become available. |
|
2. You can exchange messages and files directly with the seller.
*When you receive a message, you will be notified via email or on-screen alert.
*Interaction with the seller is done within the [ALL] chatroom. In the [BUY SIDE] room you can communicate with other buyer users who have been added to the deal management team.
*You cannot delete the chatroom or messages. You cannot edit previously sent messages, either.
