What is Criteria List?
Criteria List is a useful function which enables you to be notified by email once the deals which match your buyer criteria appear on BIZIT M&A.
Maximum number of Criteria List is 100 and those can be labeled with your preferred name. You can set various criteria in your original Criteria List.
In addition, Buyers are able to "publish" their Criteria, buyer criteria, and Sellers are to search the Criteria to be matched and offer their deals to the buyer.
How to Register Criteria List ?
There are 2 ways to create your Criteria List.
Create Criteria List From Newly Registration Screen
STEP 1 Move on to Criteria List Table
1. Select Criteria List from navigation bar on the left side of the screen. |

STEP 2 Set Preferred Criteria on Criteria List
1. Title the Criteria.
The title name is to be listed up on a table. Please mind that the name should be specific to distinguish each criteria.

2. Request Details
You can describe the criteria details which cannot be indicated by other conditions below. |
|
3. Publishing setting to the SELLER
Tick to open the Criteria to SELLER. By this, you will be eligible to receive deal proposals from SELLER. |

4. Tick your preferred "Notification Setting".
By registering your Criteria, BIZIT M&A system will send notification email regarding deal cases corresponding to the criteria.
Besides, if you Criteria, BIZIT M&A staff will reach you by phone in case any undisclosed deals match your criteria. |

5. Select and set your preferred criteria.

6. Finally Click on “Save” to save it. |

*You can retrieve the saved contents by selecting from top of the search criteria. |
Create Criteria List From Search Criteria
STEP 1 Move on to Search Screen
1. Select “Search/Buy” from navigation bar on the left of the screen. |

2. Execute a search with a preferred criteria from search screen.
Click on “+ Register an Item to Criteria list based on the current search condition” on the top of the screen. |

STEP 2 Create Criteria From Search Criteria
1. Title the Criteria when Criteria List creation pop-up window appears.

STEP 3 Arrival of New Deal Notification
1. Notification email will be sent once deal cases which fit your criteria are published on BIZIT M&A.
To view the details, click on the deal name.

STEP 4 Arrival of Deal Offer from Seller
1. Notification email will be sent once deal offer to the registered Criteria reaches from Sellers. | ![]() |
2. After confirming the contents, Click on "Information Disclosure Request". | ![]() |
3. After confirming "Confidentiality Agreement" and "Usage Fee (Must read)", click on "Send Information Disclosure Request".

Change "Publishing Setting" of Registered Criteria
1. From left-side navigation menu, click on "Criteria list". | ![]() |
2. Change the publish setting of selected Criteria into "ON"/"OFF".
